TAMRA-Ub26-39(K33)-Ub

Class II fluorescence polarization assay reagent for deubiquitylating enzymes, based on the peptide sequence 26–39 of ubiquitin. The peptide is modified on the N-terminus with a 5-carboxytetramethylrhodamine and conjugated at Lys33 to Ub via a native isopeptide bond. See references 4-6 for full assay and experimental details.
