TAMRA-Ub20-33(K27)-Ub
M4030 is a class II fluorescence polarization HTS reagent based on the peptide sequence 20–33 of ubiquitin. The peptide is modified on the N-terminus with a 5-carboxytetramethylrhodamine and conjugated at Lys27 to Ub via a native isopeptide bond. See references 4-6 for full assay and experimental details.
