Nutlin-3
Nutlin-3 is a potent and selective small chemical compound that binds murine double minutes (MDM2) and blocks the MDM2/p53 interaction, by which nutlin-3 functions to stabilize p53 and induces senescence in cancer cells that express wild type p53.
